1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Gitmaxxing ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. This Service is operated by Aemal Ismail Khan, an individual developer.
If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These terms apply to all users of the Service.
2. Description of Service
Gitmaxxing is a web application that allows users to create artistic patterns on their GitHub contribution graphs by generating commits to a dedicated repository. The Service includes:
- GitHub contribution graph visualization and editing tools
- Drawing and shape placement functionality
- Automated commit generation to GitHub repositories
- Free and premium subscription tiers
- GitHub OAuth authentication integration
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
Users must provide a valid GitHub account to access premium features. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your GitHub credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring your use complies with GitHub's Terms of Service
- Not using the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities
- Not attempting to disrupt or interfere with the Service
4. Payment Terms
By subscribing to the service, you agree to:
- Pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your account
- Automatic recurring billing until cancelled
- Our payment processor's terms of service and privacy policy
- Price changes with 30 days advance notice
- Immediate account suspension for failed payments
All payments are processed securely by a certified PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor.
5. Limitation of Liability
Aemal Ismail Khan and Gitmaxxing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Termination & Modifications
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
